The production of Balsamic Vinegar started between 1910-1915 as Burana’s family run small business by the family , now the grandson with help of trusted assistants is taking care of the production.

The Vinegar factory of Burana works with wood barrels only and can offer to experts , customers or to exquisite cuisine lowers, various types of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena as far as it concerns aging, density and unique taste as unique is the product.
